What is SNA?
The Student Nurses' Association (SNA) is a local chapter of the National Student Nurses' Association (NSNA), a nonprofit, pre-professional organization for student nurses. NSNA's mission is to mentor students preparing for initial licensure as registered nurses, and to convey the standards, ethics, and skills that students will need as responsible and accountable leaders and members of the profession.
The local SNA is run by current nursing students, advised by Professor Clark. SNA participates in community affairs and events, promoting a positive image in nursing, beginning as students.
Additional information about NSNA can be found at http://www.nsna.org
